Half Day for Beginners Package

Depending on the tides, we will start our day with a surf lesson where you will learn the basics of surfing, safety tips, paddling techniques, standing up on a board and riding waves. Then indulge yourself with a healthy delicious meal and tropical fruits especially prepared for you.

By sunset, you will be taking a rejuvenating Yoga class that combines Ashtanga, Bikram and Anusara Yoga.  Not a bad way to finish your day!

1 Surf lesson (Instruction and equipment)

1 Yoga Class (Yoga mat included)

1 Meal (Breakfast or Lunch)

Duration: : 3 hours in the morning 2 hours in the afternoon.

What to bring: Water, Towel, Sunblock, Sandals, Comfortable clothes for yoga.
